Top Ten Tuesday: Books I’d Like to See Made Into Movies

It’s time for another Top Ten Tuesday, hosted by The Broke and The Bookish. This week, people are talking about the books they would like to see made into movies. Here is my list:

1. Gallagher Girls series by Ally Carter-Because of the awesome spy-girl action
2. The Forest of Hands and Teeth series by Carrie Ryan-Because you can never have too many awesome zombie movies.
3. Airborn by Kenneth Oppel-Because air ships, pirates, and flying creatures=super special effects
4. Uglies by Scott Westerfeld-Because I want to see hover boards and all the crazy face modifications
5. Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins-Because you need a sweet and funny romance to balance out the zombies!
6. White Cat by Holly Black-Because it’s the Sopranos with crazy supernatural powers
7. Ranger’s Apprentice series by John Flanagan-Because it would have amazing sets, horrendous beasts, and super cool sword fights and because Halt is hilarious!
8. Hunchback Assignments by Arthur Slade-Because steampunk is cool
9. Feed by M.T. Anderson-Because who doesn’t love a good mind-control movie?
10. Drake Chronicles series by Alyxandra Harvey-Because seven hot vampires brothers? Yes please!

You should probably read these books before someone realizes that they would make awesome movies! Get busy.

Happy Reading!
